Local Med Spa Guide

Independent · Editorial

Choosing where to have aesthetic treatment is harder than it should be.

Every clinic describes itself. Almost nobody describes the category. These are plain guides to what each treatment actually does, how the pricing really works, and what to ask before you let anyone near you with a needle or a laser.

How this site makes money

We are paid on referrals. When one of these guides sends a patient to the practice listed for that treatment, the practice pays us a fixed fee — not for the listing, and never a share of what you are charged for your treatment. If nobody books, we are not paid. Saying that plainly is the point: a guide that hides its incentives is worth less than one that names them.

What that fee does not buy: a higher position for paying more, a review we did not collect, or the removal of anything factual. Listings are capped per page so the guides stay readable. Right now no practice is listed anywhere on this site, and the empty slots say so rather than being filled with scraped directory entries.
